  • What forms of payment do you take?

  • Are all orders handmade?
    Yes. It takes approximately 1 full day to make a tumbler due to the process we use to adhere the crown to the lid.
  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    Orders can take up to 7-10 business days to receive.
  • Can I customize my order?
    Yes. There is a customization box on every order page.
  • Is there a replacement program for the crown top?
    Yes. You have 6 months from date of purchase to get a replacement crown in the event that your crown top breaks or gets damaged. Contact us at info@tumblerofempowerment.com to start the process. You will be responsible to pay for shipping and handling.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is FREE with every order $80 or more.
  • Do you offer discounts for orders of 3 or more?

  • Do you offer tumblers for large events such as bridal showers, corporate events or workshops?"

  • How do I wash my tumbler?
    Tumblers and crowns ARE NOT diswasher safe and MUST be hand washed and dried.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not accepting refunds but we will issue you a store credit for your purchase minus the shipping and handling fee paid to ship it to you.
